“What’s in it For Me?” or WIIFM. It’s a question your prospective members as well as your current members ask themselves because their time is so precious. You have to answer it all the time.

As a club leader, do you keep your Rotary story and the answer to WHY at the top of their minds? Join us at the Forum tomorrow and share your strategies. You might just pick up a few new ideas from leaders of other clubs.

The District 5110 Membership Forum is held on the third Tuesday of every month between 10 – 11 am. Your club President, PE, and Membership Chair have the Zoom link, but everyone is welcome.

    1. Thanks for your interest. The Zoom links are sent out to club Presidents, PE’s and Membership Chairs, Deborah, (as listed in DACdb.) Since you’re not listed as one of those positions, I’ll send you the link separately.

  1. What’s in it for me? taking Rotary’s motto to heart: Service Above Self! I’m pleased that what I see in our club are new members looking to serve their community and the world! More than ever we need to give up a little of “me” for “them”.

    1. You’re right, Kathy! We are all volunteers, but even with crazy-busy schedules we want to make a positive impact. I like the idea of giving up a little of “me” for “them.”
