Does your club make changes to accommodate younger members only to alienate your long-term members? You're not alone. How do we meet in the middle?

Does your club make changes to accommodate younger members only to alienate your long-term members? You’re not alone. How can clubs bring both sides together for a rewarding club experience? How do we meet in the middle?

That’s the topic for our discussion at the District Membership Forum next Tuesday, June 20th. Our presenter will be Ray Kistler, President of the Medford Club. He is the Principal of KSW Architects and works closely with his clients to determine the best overall building design. This gives Ray a unique perspective on how you can create an individual blueprint to bring your different membership demographics together.

The monthly District Membership Forums are held on the third Tuesday, from 10-11 am. The Zoom link will be sent to your club President, President-Elect, and Membership Chair next Monday. Registration is never necessary and everyone is invited, so feel free to share the link.
