“One Night on the Streets Is Too Many”

You can help homeless teens!

Have you ever had to sleep on the streets? Have you ever come home to a locked door and had nowhere to go?

Hundreds of our local teens have. And advocacy groups in the Eugene-Springfield area determined that if they don’t get help within two weeks they are in danger of becoming chronically homeless.

15th Night is a crucial and compassionate safety net. This local NGO is committed to helping homeless teens stay in school while navigating social services that meet their specific needs.

How can you help? Come to a BBQ or two 🙂

If you would like to help Eugene Metro hands-on with this great org you can volunteer at one of their Back To School Barbeques this wweek. We’re pleased to augment everything our district grant is helping us to do with the good folks at 15th Night.

Email Past President Paul Shang at [email protected] by Wednesday, August 24th to find out more and confirm.
