This year, our Annual Business Meeting will be held on-line via Zoom. Due to the planned events and venues, it will NOT be held at the District Conference.
This event will be on Saturday, April 19th, from 9 am to 11 am Pacific Time. Please make sure your calendar shows the correct time.
Everyone is invited to see and hear what is going on throughout the district, including critical updates and some newly proposed resolutions.
As we know, every three years there is the council of legislation (COL) who gathers for the consideration of revisions to the RI by-laws and policies.
The RI Website says it is being held in person April 13-17 in Chicago. PDG Dave Reese is our representative as his last COL was a virtual and I hear he wanted to actually attend one.
The attached COL document is just over 200 pages and is sent with a summary of any major changes which might affect us locally if passed. Just a way for our delegates to allow the opportunity for feedback if a club or leadership had any thoughts.

We would like to see representation from every club so you can learn first-hand from every District committee and be a part of the changes that are happening within our District.
