Rotary has always strived to be neutral and balanced. At times it’s been difficult. During these polarized
times, the challenge is even greater. Let’s talk about that! The District 5110 Membership Forum is Tuesday, February 15 at 10am via zoom.

Rotary isn’t the only organization that strives to maintain neutrality. Our guest speaker, Vonnie Mikkelsen, is the President and CEO of the Springfield (Oregon) Chamber of Commerce. She is a native Oregonian and an alum of Willamette University. Among other community and regional boards, Mikkelsen is Past Chair of the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the OSCC Board of Directors and Government Affairs Council.

After her brief introduction of the topic, you will have the opportunity to share the challenges, ideas, and solutions that face your Rotary Club. As usual, the hour will fly by. The District Membership Forum is held every third Tuesday at 10am, and focuses on a topic chosen by the participants.

Registration is never necessary – just zoom in to join. The day before the Forum, the link will be sent to Club Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Membership Chairs to share with anyone in their club who is interested in Membership. For more information, contact Christine Waugh.
