WIIFM stands for “What’s In It For Me?” It’s a question people repeatedly ask themselves when considering either joining or continuing their Rotary membership. And, it is crucial for effective long-term communication and engagement. How do you keep it in the top of their minds?

That’s the topic for our District Membership Forum next Tuesday, July 18th, between 10 – 11 am.

Join us and share your experience answering WIIFM to attract new members and keep all your existing members involved. What challenges are ongoing for your club? Maybe someone from another club will share a solution that will help. You’ll also build your network of knowledgeable fellow District club leaders.

The District Membership Forum is held every third Tuesday at 10 am and focuses on a topic chosen by the participants. Registration is never necessary – just Zoom in to join. The day before the Forum, the Zoom link will be sent to Club Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Membership Chairs (as listed in DACdb) to share with anyone in their club who is interested in Membership.
