June 7, 2022 — The District 5110 Annual Business Meeting will resume on Saturday, June 18 at 9:00 a.m. with one item remaining on the agenda: The presentation of the 2022-2023 Nominating Committee. The meeting will be online, with a Zoom link you can access on the D5110 website by clicking here.
On May 16, a call for nominations was issued for candidates to serve on the District 5110 Nominating Committee for 2022-2023. Past Club Presidents and/or Assistant Governors are eligible to serve on the committee. Accordingly, four individuals have stepped up to the plate representing the four areas, as outlined in District 5110 Policy Manual, Article VI—Nominating Committee, to serve the one-year term.
Area #1: Trudy Overlin (Rotary Club of Corvallis After 5) representing Benton, Linn, Jefferson, Crook, and Deschutes counties
Area #2: Patty Graves (Rotary Club of Toledo) representing Lincoln and Lane Counties
Area #3: Gary Plano (Rotary Club of Ashland) representing Jackson and Siskiyou counties
Area #4: Dave Bassett (Rotary Club of Port Orford) representing Douglas, Coos, Curry, Josephine, Klamath, and Lake Counties
At the meeting, I will issue a call for additional candidates. If we hear none, I will certify the above-named individuals as members of the 2022-2023 District 5110 Nominating Committee.
