  1. PDG Charlie was a a dedicated Rotary and community leader! I was privileged to know him and benefit from his leadership skills over the course of my 20+ years of Rotary service. He dedicated his life to service – for his country, his community, Rotary, and above all his family. You will be missed, Charle!

  2. Charlie was my gardener. He planted me and my wife into Rotary. He showed the way to serve the community with passion and caring. He was surely a mentor to follow, and we are extremely gateway of his leadership.
