Submittal process for Rotarian Remembrances at Celebration

March 1, 2022 — The District 5110 Celebration Conference will provide a remembrance of departed Rotarians and/or Rotarian Spouses.  Reverend Dan Fowler has stepped up to support a memorial display at the district conference with a PowerPoint presentation.  Please forward needed information to Dan as follows: 

The following information is needed:

1.  the Full NAME of the Rotary Club
2.  A Jpeg format picture of the deceased.
3. The person’s FULL name ( I know it sounds silly to ask for this, but I have received pictures without names, or partial names)
4. Their birth and death dates
5. Any club information- how long they were members, areas of Rotary service, etc.  Since we are asking to go back to 2019, this may be a long PowerPoint.

Everything needs to be submitted no later than SUNDAY, APRIL 10th  to revfowler@yahoo.com
