Rotarian Ryan Noss Receives State-Level Recognition

Congratulations to Ryan Noss, a member of the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis, who was recently recognized as Oregon’s Superintendent of the Year by the Oregon Association of School Executives (OASE) and the Coalition of Oregon School Administrators (COSA).
Ryan begins his eighth year on his Rotary journey and his ninth year as the Superintendent of Corvallis School District. With a remarkable track record of advancing educational opportunities, Ryan consistently fosters a supportive environment for students. A steadfast focus on equity and innovation marks his tenure as superintendent. Ryan ensures that every student in Corvallis has the resources and support they need to excel.
Ryan also strongly advocates for community engagement, regularly collaborating with local partners such as the City of Corvallis, Oregon State University, and Linn-Benton Community College. These partnerships result in significant support for students and families.
The Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis members proudly support Ryan’s Ryan candidacy for the National Superintendent of the Year through the American Association of School Administrators (AASA). He is a superb club member and model of genuine Youth Service leadership.
