Many of you will remember pianist Andrei Andreev from the 5110 District Conference in 2023. If you missed his spellbinding performance you have another opportunity to disappear into his repertoire. Saturday, September 14th at 7 pm this incredible musician will be playing Beethoven’s most famous sonatas, among other compositions.

Kyrgyzstan-born Andrei Andreev is an award-winning pianist and composer. He has been touring, giving master classes, and lecturing in the US, Russia, China, and throughout Europe. He studied in Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Italy, and the US. Andreev’s coaches have included eminent pianists, such as A. Tarakanov, V. Mischouk, D. Bashkorov, S. Vartanov, D. Riley, P. Steinberg, A. Dossin, and William Grant Naboré.

We were delighted to host him at the 2023 DisCon. His gift for music illuminated the conference, bringing a hush over the entire ballroom. Join your fellow Rotarians in supporting this talented artist by giving yourself the gift of his music.

Donations will be accepted at his recital at the First Church of Christ, Scientist on 1390 Pearl Street in downtown Eugene, Oregon.
