This notice is being submitted on behalf of District Governor Nominee Michelle Corradetti for the proposed District Conference to be held May 5th, 2028 through May 7th, 2028 at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites in Ashland, Oregon, and the host Club is the Rotary Club of Medford with the support of the United Clubs of Southern Oregon.
This Notice will inform the Rotary Clubs of the District that they have thirty days (30 Days) from the date of this Notice or May 22nd, 2026 to submit an alternative proposed District Conference date and location.
The District Governor Nominee’s proposed District Conference date and location shall be deemed accepted and final if no club submits an alternative proposal within thirty (30) days of the date of the Notice of the District Governor Nominee’s proposed District Conference date and location.
If any Rotary Club(s) submit(s) an alternative to the District Conference date and location proposed by the District Governor Nominee, the District Governor Nominee shall meet with the club(s) submitting the alternative proposal to discuss the merits of all proposals. Following the meeting, the District Governor Nominee shall make a final decision regarding the District Conference date and location.
The District Governor Nominee shall provide a written explanation of the decision to any Rotary Club(s) that submits an alternative proposal.
