Tuesday, we attended Rotary One/the Chicago Club, which is the one Paul Harris started! They say Hi!

That afternoon, we visited the gravesite of Paul Harris and other Rotarian dignitaries before visiting his house – which is beautifully restored. Here, some of us sit in his living room. Very serene surroundings.

On Wednesday, we toured Rotary International HQ, including the historical displays, the Administrative Floor (here we are in the President’s office suite) and the Arch Klumph Society displays. Then we had four meetings with the RI staff – on Public Image, the Learning Center, TRF, and Membership. Over dinner we met with Marlene Frisbie, the DG of 6440 – the most compact district in the US.
