The club with the most entries so far is…drum roll…CORVALLIS!
How have they had so much success? Three things:
- Greeters personally inform visitors about the promotion when they walk in.
- Greeters provide printed flyers to visitors during the greeting and sign-in process.
- They highlight the promotion during scheduled announcements.
They note that these three elements work best in tandem. For example, they saw today that when they ran out of flyers, visitors lacked a clear mechanism—such as the QR code—to follow up, which means nobody signed up.
