On the Fly with DG Chris – Eugene Metropolitan Club

Like many clubs, Metro conducted a member satisfaction survey. The analysis was 10 pages of charts, graphs, and data. To make it more glimpsable (is that a word?) they condensed it down to this info-graphic. How cool is this? They will be focusing on leadership and meetings.

Metro club meets at the Davis Restaurant downtown at 6pm on Tuesdays. They are a demographically diverse club with strong leadership. They are involved in multiple local and international service projects. This year, Paul Shang and Laura Macagno Shang are co-presidents!

Metro is raising funds through small, hosted house parties built around a cause that the host personally cares about. Members invite friends, family, and fellow Rotarians for a simple social gathering, with donations collected for a board-approved project through the club’s foundation. Great idea!
